# Analyze answers

> Read dashboard metrics and bot-specific statistics

The Dashboard shows conversation counts, answer rate, unanswered conversations, conversation trends, and recent answers for the selected period. Answer analytics for an individual bot shows that bot's conversations and frequently asked questions.

If many conversations are unanswered, check that the [Source URL scope](/en/bots/resources) includes the necessary pages and that those pages are public and retrievable. Open citations to check for outdated content. After updating the source site, [Test the bot](/en/bots/test-and-publish) again.

Analytics follow your plan's history visibility period. Demo conversations from before an API key was added are excluded from dashboard and bot statistics after a key is added.
