You can search question and answer text. Open a conversation to view its messages and citations. History distinguishes dashboard test conversations from embedded widget conversations. Sample responses are marked as demo answers. | Status | Meaning | | - | - | | Answered | An answer based on website information was returned | | Unanswered | The bot could not return a regular answer because the necessary supporting information was unavailable | | Error | Answer processing did not finish | You can also review answer feedback in conversation details. Use Export CSV to download history for the selected period and filters. The Free plan lets you view and export the most recent 30 days. See [Plans and history periods](/en/operations/plans). Demo conversations from before an API key was added remain in history, but are not counted in dashboard or bot statistics after a key is added.
