# Organizations and members

> Switch organizations, invite members, and manage permissions

Bots, API keys, and conversation history are managed per organization. Use the organization menu at the top left to switch or create organizations. Under Settings → Members, invite people by email and review pending invitations and member permissions. Invitees must log in with the email address the invitation was sent to and accept it.

| Admin | Manage bots, API keys, and members; review answers |
| Member | View conversation history and analytics, give feedback, and test saved settings |

Only owners and admins can test unsaved settings. Only an existing owner can invite another owner or change a member's role to owner. If an invitation email does not arrive, check the email address and pending invitation status.
