In the settings screen, you can choose Claude Haiku 4.5 or Claude Sonnet 5. Model availability also depends on the permissions of your API key. Adjust the Answer scope and Chat appearance as needed, then proceed to Test and publish.

Create a chatbot
Choose a bot name, source website, and Claude model
In the dashboard, open Chatbots → Create chatbot and enter a name for managing the bot and a source URL for its answers. The settings screen opens after creation, and the bot is saved as a draft.
