Sign up with email

  1. Open Genkeychat’s sign-up page and enter your name, email address, and a password with at least 10 characters.
  2. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent by email. The code expires in 5 minutes.
  3. After signing up, log in with your email and password, then enter the verification code sent by email.
If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder and resend it from the screen. Resending is subject to interval and attempt limits. If you forget your password, use the reset link on the login screen. After resetting it, log in with your new password and a verification code.

Change the display language

Use the language menu on the login, sign-up, or dashboard screen to select 日本語 or English. On your first visit, the app uses your browser’s language preferences and falls back to Japanese if no supported language matches. Your selection is saved in your browser and, while logged in, to your account. Changing the dashboard language does not change an existing bot’s display or AI answer language. Configure the bot separately in Chat appearance and answer instructions. Use this documentation site’s language switcher to choose the Docs language.

Log in with Google

When Google sign-in is available on the login or sign-up screen, you can use your Google account. Google sign-in does not require an email verification code. If the button is unavailable in your environment, use email and password instead.

Choose an organization

Bots, API keys, and conversation history are managed per organization. If you belong to multiple organizations, switch using the organization menu at the top left of the dashboard. You can also create an organization from this menu. See Organizations and members for invitations and permissions.
